About

Towerview Farm was originally the name of my parents’ farm. They raised American Paint horses on their farm in Hardwick, Massachusetts. From their farm they had a nice view of the look-out tower at the Quabbin Reservoir miles to the west.IMG_1125

Our farm’s name was Blueberry Hill. We had a wonderful patch of domestic blueberries on the side of the yard, and the most wonderful wild blueberries at the top of our land.

In 1999 we moved to  NE Missouri to buy a larger farm. It too was called Blueberry Hill Farm, though there were no blueberries.0831133954

In 2014 we made another move to be closer to our daughter and her family. We bought a farm in Noel located in SW Missouri. With the view of a fire tower to the south and loads of cell towers to the east I asked my father if I could have the old Towerview farm sign and call this farm Towerview. Fitting for the views of towers and also as a tribute to my Mom, now gone.

We are located between the towns of Noel and Lanagan Missouri, overlooking the Indian Creek valley and close to the Elk River.  Our farm sits upon a hill with pretty views. The prettiest being our pastures where our Herefords graze.

We are not a large farm but strive to raise the best cattle we can.
